Share files with External Users

Follow these steps to share files and folders from OneDrive and SharePoint with external users without inviting them as a guest user.

Sharing the document or folder

Step 1: Click on link setting
Step 2: Select “People you choose”, and configure the access rights.
Step 3: Enter the email address, confirm the selection, and Send the email.

Accessing the document or folder

The external user will receive an email, opening the folder or file will require additional verification.

The document or folder will open after entering the code.
