For your mobile phone, it is easiest to use the official Microsoft apps, Outlook and Teams. Follow these instructions: Set Up Office 365 Email on Your iPhone Using the Outlook App – Prof-IT Services
You will also need to install Defender for Endpoint on your mobile phone. This will monitor for malicious applications, links, and vulnerable applications. It will not deploy apps, configure or limit settings on your mobile device.
